After 20 joyful years I am grateful to have the opportunity to stand again and represent the residents of Halewood West Ward in the forthcoming Town Council elections. Over the years, I have been working in partnership with many different agencies, which together have been able to ensure that Halewood is represented and also highlighted at various levels to ensure that our community is getting the best deal possible such as the Quality Status Award for the Town Council.

I am sure you are aware that government cuts will result in us all being effected in some way over the coming years. These cuts are not distributed fairly and this election offers you the opportunity to send the Lib Dem – Tory Government a clear message that the cuts are unfair and they need to think again.

If elected, I will be working tirelessly alongside my colleagues, partners, and residents to continue the positive changes that are planned for Halewood and with your support at this election, I with my Labour colleagues, will continue to strive for the best for Halewood residents. I hope we can count on your support on Thursday 5th May.
